    We love Marco Island and the condo and unit could not be in a better location (okay, one floor higher would be better). The carpet is stained in a number of places. The blinds have a number of broken pieces. Some of the furniture pieces are old. There are too many pieces of furniture in the unit. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances work okay. Doing laundry is easy because the laundry room is close to the unit. The building itself seems to be kept well. When we first arrived, one smoke detector was missing and it took a few days to get a working detector for the unit. We could not use the second bathroom for a few days because of a leak in a unit five floors below us. Ceiling fans would be much better than the portable fans that we did not use. The pool was great for our visiting grandchildren. The beach is wonderful.

    Loved the location. Rental agency excellent. Condo didn't have a screen door, popcorn ceiling has a serious problem, and condo could have been a little cleaner.
